Hello Beekeepers,

Our picnic will be held on July 10th at the Sherman Church of Christ Multi-Purpose Building beginning at 5 pm. The address is 1055 Sherman Mt. Zion Road in Dry Ridge. Here are the tentative plans for the event:

• 5 pm- grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, sides and desserts

• 5 pm to 7 pm games, fellowship, and equipment swap

• 7 pm to 8:30 pm the Bee Movie

We will have door prize drawings for all who attend, as well as for the games. We need some information from each of you to better plan for the event. If you plan to come, could you answer the questions below in your response? Please send your info by May 17th if possible.

• If you plan to come, how many adults and how many children?

• Do you have any games that you could bring such as horse shoes, corn hole, etc?

• Would you be willing to provide a dessert?

• Do you have items you want to add to the equipment swap?

• Would you like to be a part of the picnic planning committee?

Members Holiday Dinner

Due to the pandemic our normal Holiday Potluck will be held at a local restaurant.

Our Holiday Dinner will be Monday, December 14, at 6:30 PM at Kellie's Homestead Restaurant in Dry Ridge.

• This event is for our Members and will be limited to the Beekeeper +1.

We will hold an optional Gift Exchange. If you wish to participate, bring a wrapped gift of $10 - $15 value, labelled to show it is "unisex", "man" or "woman,".
