Hobby, Sideliner and Commercial Beekeepers raising local natural honey, protecting hives, providing pollination service to agriculture, and educating our community about the care and value of Honey bees.

The Kentucky Backyard Beekeepers is a local club based in Grant County, Kentucky. We hold monthly meetings which are open to the public and can be helpful for folks considering getting started in beekeeping. We also have a mentoring program for budding beekeepers to help them through their first season. We participate in a variety of fairs and festivals through the summer. You can find our local honey and hive products there, or email the club directly to inquire.
